anybody snowboarded down the musala pathway in borovets?

if so is it any good for boarding? im sure it wasnt there last year!

yeah it was there last year. there are quite a few flat bits so first time down will be a pain. we found it on our last day last year.. it only open up last year. We will be on it Saturday or Sunday. some excellent off piste through the trees if the snow has been heavy enough to get in there... pimp Razz

I don't know the area but there was a fatal avalanche around Mussala a week or so ago so be careful people

The Pathway has been widened since last year and made much better so I understand from those out there. It is now a 10km run right from the very top to the bottom and I for one am looking forward to doing it!

It was a good run last year, but very bumpy and narrow in places. If they have widened it, it should be brilliant. Some magnificant views.
