live from pamps. it is snowing which is extremely welcome. two days of glorious sunshine but not so good conditions. still able to ski and have a great time. would highly recommend interski for rental and lessons. they are fantastic with small groups and well trained instructors. other ski school fine but groups up to 20. maybe rent from them or through agent package and then take lessons from interski or snowboard shack. hopefully it will keep snowing which means this weekend will be fine. skiing only on top half of mountain. hope this helps.

it is really snowing now. and that is in town not even the resort which should have much more snow. about two inches on the groud here. and the speed and size of flakes has increased. good news for everyone.
looks like a winter wonderland. would recommend the jacuzzi in the mourgavets. 8 lev for those not staying in the hotel and well worth it. pool in perelik really good for hotel pool. people in the orlovetz very happy. lower floors in perelik very noisy but we are on the 6th floor and it is soooooo quiet plus mountain views and balcony. who could complain? bring your own kettle. snow board padded pants also highly recommended as the existing snow is very hard. can get everything you need here but prices are not as cheap as you might think. some things more expensive. supermarket opposite the mourgavets is great. cheap bottles of water. drink lots because it is very very dry in the rooms. and if you like baklava - very cheap in the supermarket. lots of happy people here now it is snowing. watch out for north fake as very little is real north face.
