HELP!! we have just had our hotel changed to the Bansko from the mura. Does anyone know anything about this hotel as the reviews I've read are a little shitty and I'm responsible for 6 peoples holiday!!

We stayed there 5 years ago and it was ok,but there were only about 3 hotels to choose from then. Pool area nice. We booked a deluxe room but heard standard rooms were quite small. Don't know about fod as we just had breakfast in hotel. Do remember that they did wicked hot toddies- their brandy coffees were the best I've ever had in Bansko!!Which tour operator you booked with? We had a hotel change in February but didn't like the alternative Balkan offered, so rang them and changed to one of ...
