Just wanting to get an idea of what owners of apartment complexes pay for their annual maintenance fees and does the figure include accountancy bill paying etc. and do you have to pay more if you join a rental scheme.
thats good. RL charge 804euro plus 505 for cleaning etc if you are renting and a further 300 to do accountancy returns pay bills etc so its roughly 1600 euro which i think is a rip off.

Any extras in complex ,ie pool etc?
Cost per square metre for property maintanance paid anually.?
Accounting fees: returns for a company (ddc registered/or not) or personal.Bills paid aswell?
Property managent fee for the year and what does it include?

Rental schemes normaly take a commision for this service up to 20% i believe.
If you get proper comparisons then you will have a better picture of any over charging going on which you may be able to act on.
I own a studio apartment in Snowdrop "Hotel Kokiche" in Borovets. I pay about 600 Euros a year for what we would call ground rent. On top of this we would need to either pay them or another company to maintain the apartment. Because of the extra costs and the unlikelihood of renting it we are choosing not to rent at the moment. You also have to pay Bulgarian property tax.
