Hi, The ski hire chalet is at the base of the new lift that runs from Pamporovo to Stoikite, this was opened last year and with good snow the ski down is great. To initially get your skis however you will either need to get the 4 man lift from the old bottom station and transfer to the new lift that will take you to Stoikite. Failing this you can drive to Stoikite, this takes about 15 minutes.
This may seem a long winded way to start you holiday but I will guarantee you that the welcome and service you will get from Albena and her family will be second to none. They will ensure that the hire skis and boots will fit you perfectly and will give you the best possible service. We have used this family run business for the past 3 years and can not speak too highly of them. You can also get food and drink at their chalet, the lunch barbecue is wonderful and cooked outside whilts you wait. Please do not be put off by a possible extra 30 minutes find, it will be worth it!
