aussies coming to bulgaira

Hey all,

Me and my mate are moving to the uk at the start of march and want to come to Bulgaria, Bansko in particular about mid march for 10 days of snowboarding.

Anyone have an opinion about the best place for us to stay, close to the fields and nightlife and the best way to transfer between sofia and bansko.

Hi and welcome , bulgaria is mega in March , both resorts have good and bad points , all depends on what you want .
Neither have cricket pitches , for you guys to poractice oln lol ( only joking )

If you add a little more info on your needs , ie ability of riding , nightlife needs etc .... diff ppl from each resort will only be to glad to help .

I personally prefer Bansko for boarding and nightlife , but each to his / her own ..

Hey guys, enough about the cricket its about time you beat us haha...

We just want a 2 bedroom place to stay so will prob book off this site soon, any tips on the cheapest way to get to and from Sofia Airport?

Aussies..... there goes the neighbourhood
Bansko is the place mate, can sort you something cheap and cheerful, and we have a load of mates out 7th till the 23rd, drinking fools to a man (and woman)

LuckyBansko is a really nice place with very cheap places to have a bite to eat nearby far cheaper than in the square. And minibus runs nearly all day long back forth to the gondela.
