returned from Borovets on 9/1.Had a fantastic time skiing from 2/1.Snowed 3 times whilst there.Hotel Olymp very basic and very dated.Food not good and ate out most evenings. Indian & Chinese resturant found were good along with White Magic.
Crystal rep Stuart appalling, never there when meant to be. No one at hotel to meet us till 7.30pm next day. We paid for 6 days ski package and were offered 5. Only after a lot of complaining ret'd to 6!!!

Had good tuition from Nikki, instructor and progressed to black slopes by end of week. Great to ski from top of Gondala, only queues busy!
Skidooing a good laugh, especially in the dark
A good week had. Would I return? Definately yes, but not to the Olymp

Snow cover on the pistes varied. we had several really good days and a couple of icy days. Sun came out towards the end of our stay. I hope that it snows a lot for all those going shortly. If it does, you will have a great timere: back from borovets

Stuart was also our rep and totally useless.The first day he didn't even have our lift passes and equipment vouchers etc so we had to meet him the next morning in the olymp where he told us that Bobby had them in the Samakov - she was brilliant but he was crap absolutely no help at all and others in our hotel said exactly the same about him.
Other than that Borovets was quality and we've already booked for next Feb

Chris, going to borovets in feb. How much was the ski dooing, and do you knowknow the age limit allowed to ride them?
