balkan kindergarten

Have previously been with thomsons and they have used the RILA kindergarten. We are travelling with BALKAN (they dont sound too hot!) does anybody know if Balkan use the Rila Kindergarten or do they use elsewhere? as we would prefer to use the RILA one as he knows it
