does anyone no if ther is an atm in the new Plodiv airport terminalre: bank atm plodiv airport

As far as I know there is no ATM at the airport.
Plovdiv is not a very big airport, and is used mainly from December to April bringing Skiers to the slopes of Bulgaria.
I'm not sure if there is a car hire facility at the Airport.
There is only little shop in the check in area, and one small bar/shop in the departure lounge, which doubles as the arrivals hall.
Security personnal seem very strict, although I/we never had any hassle, but I have witnessed a number of ...

There are Taxi's available at the Airport.
Basically....Bring Lev with you.
And for your return journey, bring food & drinks with you to the Airport incase of a flight delay......especially if you could be hungover!!!

There is an atm in Plovdiv airport just by the door to go outside. We tried using it last year when we landed but it wouldn't accept our maestro cards for some reason, atms in pamporovo did accept them however.

ATM's in Sofia T2 & T1.Also plenty in Bansko.

there's nofin at plovdiv airport. Just say 'izvinete kudeh e banka?' you'll soon find out
