hi
bansko is very good, hotel perun fab,balkan hols are a bit of a joke but ok, pistes are good but could do with more as i skied all the runs in under a day but they do not know how to measure snow depths (215cm on the bottom runs when i was there at the end of feb, i bet it was lucky if it was 40cm, top runs maybe bottom ones no way)they do need new roads the trip out of sofia on the cobbled road was a joke it was try and dodge the potholes and use any side of the road.

hey apart from that i am going back as it beats the hell out of that old russian like resort borovets (what a dump)

The cobbled road (Zsar Boris 3rd) is being repaired as we speak, granted we will have to be speaking for the next six months until its done... Every cobble replaced by hand, its a job and someone has to do itAgree with snow depths, kind of a standing joke here, im sure they have them the wrong way round
