There's a ski road down but I've never been on it as apparently it's not good for boarding as you might have to walk a bit, might try it anyway, going for a week in Jan also.

Hi

You can board all the way down as long as you keep your speed up. There's 2 flat spots, one near the beginning which I had to walk for a couple of hundred feet and the very end near the gondola, but my son made it every time without needing to unstrap.

Hope this helps.

The ski road will be looking like a mogul field unless they have levled out the thousands of tons of earth piles from all the development on the go. There was also a sizeable hole in one of the last bridges into town! Could be quite exciting though!!

The ski road ends at he Gondola, this is a good 10 minutes from the town centre on foot (downhill on the way home though). Plenty of bars around the gondola though
