going to bansko on 7th jan staying in the kempinski 5 staranybody seen it whats it like ? whats bansko like never skied bulgaria before whats the weather like at the moment whats nightlife like ?like to hear genuine views

I have only seen the Kempinski from the outside but it looks stunning.
There is loads of snow at the moment and the nightlife is fantastic. Bansko is however split into two at the moment as the top end of the town near the gondola and Kempinski is still very much a building site although you should not be troubled by construction works. The older traditional part of town is fantastic and the mehanas (pubs to you and me) offer superb meals, drinks and atmosphere. If you are into ...

Snap, went to Bansko last year. Skiing and hotel was so good that im back again this year. I have not been in the Kempinski, but was looking great last year when being built. Your hotel is right next to the lift to the top of the mountian, and if the snow is good they will ski right past your hotel.re: bansko first timer
yeah i saw the kempinksi going up last year - couldn't stretch to the price for it but man i would have loved it!!!
you will love it going back to bansko for my second year end of jan!!!! mehanas great!!!
