bansko new gondola

hi there thinking of heading to bansko next jan 9th. should i be worried about snow cover and has any work started on new gondola or is that not happening now

it a gamble whenever you book but jan should be ok, i have had been 3 times, both times in march were better than jan, but there is no way of predicting it.

the 2nd proposed gondola, i think is still on the backburner!

I would not worry about the 2nd Gondola the ques are only really bad in school holidays. As for the snow then really you should be fine I would only worry about snow if I was going to Pamporovo.

thanks been to pamps twice, once in jan and once in march both were ok but icey in parts oh and a little patchy, how much better is bansko thanks

A lot better snow slope and lift wise.
