I was in Bansko last March (2004) and found the Bansko nightlife to be adequate. The nightlife centres on the ruich cultrual heritage of this mysterious old town.
There is a late night nightclub (where the end of week ski awards are done) and that was fine, and with many bars and mehana's you will something to your likely.
You will enjoy every minute of your stay in Bansko, apart from the one when you have to regrettfully say goodbye after a pulsating and interesting week ...

Bansko has changed considerably since last year with new bars, restraunts,casino and even a strip club and tatoo parlourWe now has a 24 hr english pub which also serves food 24/7 there are several clubs
It's not London but its going to be buzzing this season

Hi Joy,Are there any bars you can specifically recommend? My husband and I are coming out on 26 Feb. We are in our early fifties, enjoy our skiing and our eats and drinks. Would like to find some nice traditional bars possibly with live music. Not really interested in the 24 hr english pub or the nightclubs. Much prefer to go where the locals go which is part of the appeal of Bansko. Can't wait to get there. Appreciate any info you can give. Happy Xmas.
