bansko or borovets

which is best? me andthe other half went to borovets and stayed at the lion last feb , this year we are thinking about going to bansko staying at the strazhite? any feedback??? Smile cheers

uuuuuuuurm ive been to both, personally i prefer bansko its a tad more challanging and theres bit more to do if u like being extreme but both are v.good resorts Booze

bansko and that hotel is very central about 10mins max walk to slopes and about 3 mins to town centre, very nice hotel as well.

I suppose it depends on if you like long transfers or not. We chose Boro over Bansko as the brochure stated 1 hr transfer to Boro, 2 1/2 hrs to Bansko (our kids don't like the bus!!!)

What did you think about the Lion Hotel? I am booked to go there in Jan with my girlfriend and a couple of friends.
