Bought a piece of land in Bansko behind the gondala with planning permission-Cost me £300k but I expect at least a return of 400% in the next 10 years

re: bansko or pamps

Having done both in recent years (Bansko a few days ago) I would have to opt for Bansko. Bansko is a real town, Pamp isn't. Bansko has lots more bars and restaurants that are not actually part of hotels.

The slopes are much more interesting and depending on your chosen route the runs are much longer in Bansko and there's more of them. Although perhaps the grading of some could be revised. A personal view - a complete beginner might well be a little intimidated by the blue runs at the top ...

Pamp is a great place and I've had a couple of outstanding holidays there.....but overall - Bansko does it for me!
