bansko season start???

i read on a website that you can ski at bansko from 1st december is this true??

banskoski.com is showing the start of the season as the 1st December depending on snow conditions.
The official opening celebrations take place on 11 Dec with celebreties Ski races and evening entertainment.

So yes its true, you can, snow dependant!!
