can anyone tell me about bansko - never skied bulgaria before?

what's the town like? where is the best place to stay? (especially if you have kids!)

is there still good snow at the beginning of april?

We have just booked to stay at the Bansko hotel. Never been to Bansko before but there is a good website your should try. www.banskoski.com Very Happy

Five of us going on the 21st Feb. Went to Borovets in 2002 and had a great time, hope Bansko is as good. We are staying in the Bansko hotel as well. There was a good message a few days ago, a lady went to Bansko and stayed in the Bansko and the Pirine Hotels, she said it was really nice Razz lets hope the white stuff keeps a coming Very Happy
