hey, are any pep goin to bansko 12th of feb who are aged around 16ish?? can u drink at 16 in bulgaria?? well ofcourse u can drink, i mean buy drink at 16????

not leagally but yes everywhere they will serve pretty much anyone old enough to see over the counter. my boss made me serve a whole party of school kids once.
