beginner or intermediate?

Hi everyone

We went to Pamps last year on a Learn to Ski package for beginners, does this mean that if we go back early next year we would be classed as intermediate?

Cheers

re: beginner or intermediate?

No it doesn't Mandie. You will be asked by the instructors on your first day to do a small and easy test, by skiing down the nursery slopes and doing your best turns. From that you will be graded and put into a group with others of a simular standard to you.

You will certainly not be with the beginners because you are already better than that, but if you feel you are in a group that are holding you back or too good for you, you just need to ask your instructor to go up or down a level and ...

I'm sure you will be skiing the Wall by Wednesday Razz

PP, I took beginner lessons last year and was fairly comfortable by the end of the week. This year I havent booked any lessons and just want to spend the week practicing what I have learned already. Do you see any problems with that?

Thanks Pete,

I doubt I'll ever be confident enough for the wall. Sorry to be thick but do we book Learn to Ski pack again or just the Ski School one?

We're trying Borovets this time, Hotel Rila Studios, no scary coach ride to depot each day. It scared the living daylights out of me and my daughter every day.

Great to be back on the boards.

re: beginner or intermediate?

Book learn to ski - it's cheaper and you'll get the same package. When are you in Borovets - we'll be there on 5th Feb at the Iglika
