Hats (must cover ears)
1 x pair ski gloves (if possible get the ones with a fleecy inner glove that you can remove so you can dry them out on the radiator at night) mittens are warmer!
1 x thermal long johns
1 x thermal top
1 x Ski goggles with double lense (you can manage with sun glasses at a push, but if its snowing its hard to see without goggles)
1 x fleece to go under the coat so not too thick
(On a cold day you would wear the Thermal, then another long or short-sleeved T-shirt, then a fleece then the coat you probably wont need as many layers but some people do)
You do not need a bag to take to the slopes they just get in the way.
Sun cream for your face, and lip sun block
Deep heat for aches and pains or just pay for a divine massage in Bulgaria, half the price of the UK and twice as good.

Earplugs if you get a noisy hotel in order to sleep
Flip Flops for the swimming pool/sauna some hotels in Bulgaria do not allow you in unless you have these
Fleece Scarf or snood (snood is better)
Talc for sore feet, best to put some on before you go skiing as will keep your feet dry and help any rubbing
