best ex rate

Where can i get the best exchange rate in Borovets? I heard ppl saying from the ATM, however, i don't have Nationwide card, the bank would charge me. Will I still get the best deal from ATM? If I want to stick onto bank or booth, which one is the best?

In Borovets are rep recommended exchange plus as there is no commission to pay and they give you a receipt, exchange rate was 2.07 which wasn't bad or good but you could trust ...

We were told that you couldn't trust all the booths. I would definately wait 'til you get out there to exchange.
