best guaranteed snow month

Hello,
We are the beginners and are planning our 1st ski hols in Bulgaria.
What is the best time to go that we are guaranteed snow. Attractive to us is either Bansko or Borovets. Any other suggestions? Where are the best slopes for beginners???

Blimey, this should be good.....
Go on, i'll have a punt, end of January, early February ???
All BG resorts have reasonable beginners areas, Bansko does have the ski road as well, 7km back to town, great for 1st timers Razz

end of february, early march . it is not busy and for the last few years the best snow.
