best time to ski

Probably same question that's been asked a million times but...

When does the best snow arrive in Borovets? Was there in early Jan this year...snow was OK'ish but not great. Is March bestest?

Bestest?!!! I find the best time to ski is when you have snow on the ground. It just does not seem to work as well on grass!!! Late Jan into Feb is the answer.
