boardbags with BA

A couple of weeks ago sameone posted on here, he had problems with taking a board bag with BA.
I've just returned from a snowboard trip to Tignes flying with BA, I had no trouble with a boardbag weighing approx 25kg and 185cm long. I hope this info puts a few minds to rest,

Did you enjoy the hospitality of the Fish Tank?
The Vodka shots all different flavours are yummy.
Went sledging on a shovel looking thing of my sons down the slope and under the bridge opposite the Fish Tank.
Excellent fun and it didn't hurt when I crashed into the bridge due to the numbing effect of the shots
