booking holiday woes

Trying to book hols to boro thru this site, they have *finally* replied that hotel is available (after 6 days!!) but just do not answer emails to let me pay! Grrrrrr........
Phoned them today, but they just say "email us" "but you dont reply"!!!!!!! Arrggghhhh!!!!!!!!
We will lose flight soon if we cant book, dont they want our money???
Anyone else having this trouble??
Anyone there who could help??

This situation sounds shite mate, just keep on them and try (when you get through) to get soem kind of discount for your troubles.

Hi Mark,

I am a travel agent so should be able to get you a package with flights and hotel and ski pack (much cheaper to book before you get there).
If you are not sorted yet let me know dates, number of nights, hotel and how many people and will have a look for you.

I have tried contacting this lot as well and gave up. The only active thing in this site seems to be the discussion board - which seems to have little to do with the site itself.
