I have booked transfers and appartment. No problems but not the best for getting back to you, we found we had to chase them other than that they were fine. Was a bit concerned because we had to fax card details over to pay deposit but there was no issues just not that secure thats all.

I have booked with them three times in the past few years but this year despite four emails I have not had any reply. Are they still in business?????

thanks for the updates guys...they are replying to me ok and they seem to be on the ball! im normally ok booking through sites like this but with whats going on around the world at the moment im getting cautious and protective of my hard earned cash!!

Martin - it doesn't take long to send an e-mail acknowledging peoples genuine concerns! During these very uncertain times it is only natural that people will want to know where they stand and to have little or no information does not help.

Maybe you need to employ someone who can handle the enquiries more efficently?

you do need to chase you when its only two days to departure and some things still arnt finalised!!!!! Think pete has a point and keeping people holding on will possibly mean they book elsewhere.
