last year some helpful people on here gave me good advice re boots.
I was hoping for the same again this year? - please!
i think i need foot beds for my boots as my ankles and arches role in a little - does anyone have any advice? also do they go inside the boot liner or outside?
thanks very much

I need similar advice. I bought a pair of boots last year and when I put them on in the morning they fitted, after a few runs I felt they were a bit big. If I tightened the clips then they were too tight, thought footbeds might help!! Anyone any ideas.
footbeds should always help, I have them - but I am also getting some of the plastic taken off mine on the inner boot as they now rub on the top because my instep is so high - check the snow and rock website they have three shops that do special foot fitting etc, so maybe one near you, you need to take them somewhere that have professional guys on hand they will tell you what they think - snow and rock have been great with me
You sound like you need a trip to a bootfitters who will sort out the problems for you. Not sure where your based but Lockwoods in Leamington Spa have a very good reputation for such things, also know a very good place in Chamonix, but this may not be a huge amount of help...
