boro sport or reps?

Is it true that it is much cheaper to purchase your ski hire and passes through Boro sports rather than your reps?

We are too late to book things in advance so we will need to do it in the resort.

Also, can you take ski boots onto the plane as handluggae?

THanks

Borosport is the name of the main ski school in Borovets. As I understand it they own the slopes and the lifts as well as several hotels and restaurants including the Rila. They therefore have somewhat of a monopoly when it comes to prices for ski passes etc as everyone - including the other ski schools - have to purchase them originally from them!!

We used Borosport last year (and they were very good) as do most of the UK companies, unless you are staying at the Samokov and then it seems you use their school. We are travelling independantly this year and have had trouble pre-booking ski packs as we were going to go through this site until they changed their policy recently.

The kids were in the Inghams kindergarten last year and they used the Albena Ski School which was excellent. We have been able to pre-book through them at very competitive prices.

Hope this information is useful
