boro weight loss

Can't believe I actually lost weight snowboarding at Boro! Caught a really bad cold only 2 days after I arrived (I blame my flat mate for that!) and although the lemsip, asprin, panadol, paracetemol, some weird russian cough mixture, brandy tea and rum hot choc, kept me going on the slopes (usually with a raging temperature and that floaty feeling of not quite knowing where you are) I was too ill to drink at night (well to drink to the usual excesses) and I came home almost a stone lighter ...

Last time I do that then! I was cultivating that beautiful beer gut and now it's started to go boohoo

So my advice is not to start any silly diets. Just catch a nasty horrible cold, go to Boro, drug yourself silly on cold remedies (at your own risk), snowboard all day and watch the weight drop off. NB if you collapse and have to be rushed to hospital then you have overdone it somewhere
