Are there any bargains to be had in borovets if i want to buy board and boots out there. Also heard that some designer clothes maybe cheaper than UK??Any knowledge...

This i answer i do no, its cheaper to buy boots and clothes here before u go!!!Boots are cheap in decathlon located in sheffield, birmingham, stockport, and they range from £40 to £80 Nordic are the best make apparently, also clothes i got loads from TKmax outlets sellopetes are £29 each socks at £1.29 each. I got my jacket from a factory outlet at £40 the same jacket in the ski shops was £90.
The only thing thats cheaper is sunglasses and goggles wen u go ova ther!!!

The 'designer' clothes are cheaper but that is because they are knock offs. The only stuff that looked genuine were the ski/board jackets and fleeces. The diesel jeans definitely weren't real!The sunglasses are also cheaper but don't give you very much uv protection. You are better off getting some here if you value your eyesight and don't want to go snowblind.

I bought board, boots and bindings last year for my teenage son and I and we got an absolute bargain. The really cool thing was the ability to take the board out and try it then if we needed the bindings moving or adjusting we could get it done there and then.Don't know about clothing though, didn't buy any.

I always think its best to buy boots here as then you can try them on in the shop for a while before you decide if they are right for you, thats my opinion anyway.
We were just in Boro last week and bought a pair of line "short skis" longer than blades but shorter than skis for £88.00, looked on the net here and same ones are between £249.00 and £299.00 thats a bargain!!
We also bought a ski suit, a Spyder one, jacket and salopettes for £92.00. Again looked on the net and Snow ...
