Going to borovets for first time, not joining a ski school so can any one give advice on the availability of good maps detailing the different runs /Are the runs clearly marked and easy to follow on the slopes.
Not an advanced skier so can any one advise
Which are the best Blue and Red runs.
Cheers
Very easy to find your way around, you won't really need a map, this site a rough guide in 'Borovets' - 'ski runs', but the runs are so straight forward and all go downhill!
All runs are outstanding and you have a week to get round them all so just go with the flow man and try them all - you'll decide which you like the most.
Easiest way is try all the chairs and the gonola and you'll be right.
There will me a small piste map on the back of the lift pass, but as Double Jack has mentioned, they all finish in more or less the same place, so if you stay on piste you will be fine.
Pistes not too well marked but if you can handle reds, you'll be fine, i found one that ended with a long (20 min)walk (for boarders), not so bad if your on ski's i guess!
All the runs are cool, if they groom them every day/night.....IF
