borovets chair lifts

borovets chair lifts

hi all,

is there a chair lift up on the gondola side of the mountain or are they all drag lifts??
i thought i read somewhere that there was a new chair lift but all the piste maps just show drags.

Hi Jonty,

On the markudjik side, the lift for Markudjik 2a & b was replaced last season by a 4 man-chair - it used to be a drag lift before that, which is probably what you're seeing on the piste-maps.

I found a piste map for boro, from it it looks like one going from a point on the musala pathway to the top so you could access the drag bases and one going from this lower station back up to the gondola top.

Hi ya,

The new 4 man chair (from last year) is situated practically at the start of the mussala pathway - ie: about 5metres away.

Confused about the other post but have had a few drinks watching footie! Smile
