When we were there today we saw that there is a fence right across the slope to stop it being used and there were two ski patrol people there to make sure. Down the bottom near to the Finishing Line there were snow packers working on getting the slope ready.
I think it would be fair to say that if you did manage to ski the slope you would be highly unpopular with ...

I think you would get a major rollicking. The problem to bear in mind is if you did have an accident they are not forced to come to you as per the terms of your lift pass also you would not be covered by your insurance.dbut
