borovets in april

hi last jan i went sking in borovets and had an ace time. found the slopes a little limitted but i was thinking of going on a late cheap deal somewhere this year. i have read in a magazine (more) that borovets is best at the ed of the season in april as it has the most snow there at this time, can anyone second this out of interest???

hi was in borovets march 22nd for week 2 yrs ago was enough snow but beginning to get slushy at bottom towards end of week
with warmer early season climate this year april looks risky also if not enough people there lift stations will close and ski hire shops shut i personally would not go after march to ski but then snow is unpredictable

i've been 5 yrs on trot fantastic place cant get enough were out half term

Last March when we went, snow was better than in January when we first visited that year. However as has been said, all appears different this year, perhaps by then there should be plenty of snow left from late Jan and Feb dumps. (heres hoping cos were going 11th March to Borovets!).

were out on 11th staying in chalet private pine lodge near samokov have stayed at malina yagoda rila and alpine all excellent but alpine great cos near slopes great for families where you staying how many of you
