borovets road conditions

borovets road conditions

Hi all,
We are flying tomorrow to Bulgaria, as we have a rented car and our appartement is situated a bit outsite the centre of Borovets (Chamkoria appartements), can anyone say what the road conditions are? Is it nessesary to have chains?
