anybody stayed at hotel lion in borovets stayed at hotel lion in bansko and was very nice just wondering if it has the same layout etc.anybody going to boverets on sat13th jan yipppppeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Hi,
I'm staying at the lion at the moment. Very nice hotel and friendly. The Hotel bar is so cheap, I just we had a little bit more snow ... fingers crossed!

Hi Everyone

Going to Hotel Zodiac on the 13th.Does anyone have any comments on the hotel.Now Bulgaria is in the EU do we still take the leve???

stayed in the zodiac last march at its very clean and warm, staff were very friendly and there was a wide variety of food on offer. but its about a 15 minute walk to pubs, lifts etc...nice walk though. they do have mini-buses running every half an hour or so from about 8:00am and from about 4.00pm for the return. failing that there was always a couple of taxi drivers hanging out in reception. and i believe its still lev for the next 7 or 8 years.
