Just had a phone call from balkan, we are flying out 23rd to Pamps staying at the Snezhanka, Apparently there may be building work going on next door on a new 5* hotel, has anyone had the same? Oh and Balkan say its snowing in pamps today.........re: building work pamps

yes, we had the same letter saturday, and they assure us that it wont affect our holiday. But we was told at thomas cook that if it does we have to complain to the rep. whilst we are out there and then thomas cook will deal with it when we get back!
lets hope it snows so much we wont see the building work any way!

P.S where do you live? and we are going on the Oxford Bus ' airline coach' up to Gatwick. as my dad works for oxford bus. but lets hope it doesn't break down or he will never live it down!
