Hi there, just wondered if anyone has used bulgariaski as their tour operator either this year or in the past? Anyone with any experience using this company?re: bulgariaski tour operator

If so I did last year for accommodation and transfers, I book quiet late eg thursday and was traveling on a Saturday, the downside I found with them was I had to chase them all the time, although maybe if you were traveling a few weeks or months after booking may have not been to bad. No rep in the resort to give info and we had no idea what time our pick up was coming on the sat to take us back, when we called we were under the impression it hadnt been ...

On our first day we were waiting for the bus to take us to the lifts and there were some other people there who had booked through this site and there taxi hadnt arrived and the ski bus took them and we had to walk to the lifts, not to far but with noone around to ask where they where we just guessed we were going in the right direction. personally if this is your first time in the resort I would book with a tour oporator and have a rep in the resort just to answer questions for you,
dont know anyone elses experience

We travelled with them in March. Other than having to keep chasing them for a reply to our emails we found them fine. When we got to the airport in Bulgaria a rep was waiting for us. When we got the the hotel the resort rep had left us a letter with all details of meeting him the following day. We went to meet him and he gave us all our passes and things and he was in our hotel twice a day if we needed him. Vladi was just fantastic.

Sam which resort were you in as I know that people speak very highly of Maria on here who is in Pamps and I also know that there is definitely a rep in Borovets?
We made enquiries in the past but actually booked accommodation directly with the hotel. If we had waited for them then we would have saved ourselves some money as they were cheaper.
