bus/taxi from borovets to other resorts early January

Hi, as I知 arriving 2nd of January to Borovets I know that the snowfall may not be wonderful, are there shuttle busses, coaches or taxis that will be available to take my friend and I to another resort? If so what would the cost involve and additionally is there anything close to Borovets that could be done in a day? For example Bankso? Is it possible to travel, snowboard and return same day?
What is close that would be better if Borovets hasn稚 got the coverage that week?

I知 not too bothered by mode of transport and a taxi would be fine. I致e spent years travelling around Kazakstan and Azerbaijan in them so a Bulgarian Taxi sounds quite fun
I知 staying at the Iglika, any advice on the above would be greatly appreciated.

Bansko is approx 140km from Borovets, and is likely to take you around 1hr 40m - 2hr. The road is reasonable and generally clear of snow, or at least passable...Perhaps better to try to organise a private hire for the day, as a cab is likely to be in the region of 200lv...
Perhaps a little early to be to dismissive of snow, lets keep our fingers crossed for a good season

last year i think we paid about 350 lev for an 8 seater minbus and it took 2 hours... we arrived in bansko about 10am and skied all day getting back in borovets about 1930.. however give the snow gods a chance!!!! its very unlikely you wont be able to ski.re: bus/taxi from borovets to other resorts early January
