hi just wongering about borovets is there a gondola that takes you up the mountain such as the one in bansko we were talking to a lady in bansko who said that christmas in bansko was a nightmare queing for the gondola as it was so busy 3 hours she mentioned is borovet the samere: busy bansko, borovets

Christmas in Borovets is also buzy,but the Gondola is not the
only one choice.There are two 4-men chair lifts in the resort
and another one Yastrebets express,wich is 2 miles from the

Borovets is different to Bansko as it has nursery slopes on the lower slopes outside the Rila hotel. As mentioned above there are 2 4 man chair lifts that give you acces to a green, blue, black and a couple of red runs. The only problem on the lower slopes is the amount of snow, obviously they're not as high as the mountain slopes reached by the gondola.
There are 3 Yastrebets slopes which are close by but if you dont want to go up the gondola to access them you can jump in a ...
