re: buying equipment

Buying ski/board equipment out in Bulgaria is certainly cheaper than buying in the UK. However, you may not always be able to get exactly the make and/or model of equipment in Bulgaria and possibly not the very latest model i.e. 2006.

Saying that, if you aren't too bothered about getting the very latest equipment then I dare say you can pick up some real bargains!

Very Happy Booze

Also, in case you didn't know, Decathlon here in the UK has some truly brilliant deals on everythign from ski's, snowboards, ski boots, ski-wear etc at prices that are at least half price to the big high street stores. Have a look at their website for an idea.

re: buying equipment

There are bargains around here I would buy clothes here instead of having to search on first day depending on flight times if you arrive at night you will miss getting passes & ski eqipment and going into group with learners also last year not a lot of shops for choice
