Last year outside the ice rink an older guy in russian army hat was selling them, looked dubious but delivered the goods, approx £12 - £15

Last year the ice rink had gone so you must mean the year before that. Hotel shops all sell ciggs and they have bars too Booze Booze Booze

I can remember seeing a chap outside buzz bar with all the different types of fags he sold nailed to a tree. try him. He'll wrap them in a bin liner and make you feel pretty dodgy tho.
