has anyone gone through the process from buying off plan to their apartment now being up and running.We are considering buying there and could do with some advice. Cheers

You are probably better off looking on the talk bansko forum as there is a lot of info on there specific to buying in Bansko and a lot of people with a great deal of knowledge.

I bought in Bansko through Bulgarian Properties (www.bulgarianproperties.com) about 2 years ago. Apartment has been completed and is currently being rented out. I have had no problems with them. My advice to you would be to get an independant authorney to check out all documents etc prior to signing. Dont do anything you wouldnt do at home. Most property companies are very genuine but shit happens and at least having an independant authorney minimises the risk.

thanks kieran , we are going on an inspection trip tomorrow to friday with macanthony realty. any one know anything about this company ?
