buying property in pamp

Had a look when I was there (I am sure i cannot name the resort / name on this discussion board so i won't) and i am really keen on the idea and have the money. Question is will i make any buying them off plan as they are not due to be completed before Dec 2007. What risks are there and how much realistically can i get out of renting both during the ski season and out of season. I have looked at a brand new one bedroom appartment in a stunning location with a stunning view. I would plan the quality of furnishings to be 5* and the facilities are also fantastic.

What are electricity costs, council tax like and what else other than the maintenance charge do we need to pay for?

Will you make any money? No one can say for sure if we could we would all be doing it. I would say the chance of renting your property in Pamporovo of season is somewhat limeted.

Same applies in the winter really. Short season of just over 3 months and again people are faced with the problem of cost. I paid under £800 to stay in a 4* hotel Hb with full ski pack and passes for 2 people. Try beating that if you book indepently.
