hi after being stung for using the room phone in the hotel pamps last year i was wondering whats the cheepest way to call home when in bulgaria and roughly how much per min to landlines and mobles in uk

the cheapest is Skype, or there are phones in the post office, they are cheap as well, not sure how much but it does not break the bank.
