Hi
does anybody know what happens if I need to cancel my ski trip.
I nearly cut my toe off the other day and its not looking good for the trip on 3rd Jan.
My wife pulled a muscle in her side the day after which also resulted in a casualty trip ! ( it really looks like the snow gods don't want us !!!!!)
Do I need a doctors letter and send it off and will we get all our money back.
looks like we may have to go to a sunny climate and rest up for the week, then replan the skiing for ...

Don't hold your breath Gary, (you may turn blue.)
A few years back I lost my dad 5 days before we were due to leave. Could not get a refund but they did allow me to travel a week later for a small fee.
Don't think you have much hope but I really wish you luck.
You must be gutted mate. Really feel for you.
Rather than loose out, why not just go and enjoy the party atmosphere, even though you can't ski. You could go on the skidos, and bum boards, husky sleigh
and generallly just ...

Thanks PampsWe're going to chill out until Monday 29th, see what the foot looks like ( yes I know, a lump on the end of your leg with 5 , or in my case 4 1/2 toes !) and make a decision then.
