card trouble???

was wondering has anybody had trounle using chip and pin cards in borovets??? what cards can be used??

Found only one cash point that works for any cards - all the others seem to refuse to give you any money!
It's in the hotel flora.
From rila head down hill towards the gondola when you get to the cross roads take a left and it is on your right bout 200 metres or so up.
