carefull booking with Thomas cook!!!

Booked with a travel agent who booked with Thomas cook, Group of 8 and ll was good until thomas cook for some unknown reason decided to deny us booking ski hire with them despite it being on our receipt. Travel agent excellent and helped sort this out however thomas cook still deny liability, sounds abit strange to me but ah well at least were sorted now,
Any info on the hotel moura would be great, fly out from manchester on march the 7th and can't wait now

Hi Hotel Moura is nice, I believe it has recently been refurbished, its nice and central and has a lovely little bar, maybe someone who has stayed this season can confirm this. My family just returned from Borovets and had some fantastic nights in the Alpina. Have a lovely holiday Julie x

Thomas Cook also quoted us 'with ski school/hire' so we payed deposit and booked for 10 of us (They were unable to book ski school/hire at the time of booking and assured us this would be done within a few weeks. Never happened - then they tried to charge us £600 extra as price had increased....needless to say - after a long fight, lots of letters and investigations (I kept notes of all of this) we got a full refund and booked through another tour operator.re: carefull booking with Thomas cook!!!
Thanks for that julie, cant wait now only a month to go, must be common with Thomas Cook then, will stay away from them in the future, Borovets here we come
