Everywhere! Banks, Hotel Receptions, and Crown Cash Exchanges.
Notes only - must be clean, not torn and no writing on.

Do you think it's better to change cash at home (Ireland)? Someone told me it's better to bring euro and change it in the hotel as they have better exchange rates..
